Defendant Charged with Obstruction of a Police Officer, Assault, and Assualt with a Weapon on a Police Officer (Surrey RCMP).  Client beleived that the officers (who were trespassing on neighbour’s lawn) were Robbers, as they were concealed in dark clothes.  Result: Acquitted at Trial.
